Finding Your Perfect Fit
Every piece at Mei & Ling is chosen to feel easy and comfortable from morning to night. This guide helps you pick the right size the first time.
Clothing
Each product page shows the measurements for that style. Our pieces follow Asian sizing, which can run smaller than European or UK sizing, so we always recommend comparing the measurements with a piece you already own and love.
- Between sizes? Choose the larger size for a relaxed, comfortable drape.
- Small variations: Please allow 2–3 cm difference, as measurements are taken by hand.
- Check the silhouette: Oversized, cropped and high-waisted styles are cut to sit differently on the body.
Shoes
Our shoes use EU sizes. Measure your foot from heel to longest toe while standing, then use the table below.

If your feet are wider or you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.
